  • Question about the product
    • How can I choose the right size for me?
      • Take a look at the section Sizing help to work out your size.
    • What kind of fabric are the garments made of?
      • The leggings, shorts, skirts and dresses are made of Elastane and Polyester.
      • The bikinis and swims are made of Elastane and Polyester plus parts in cotton.
    • How do I take care of my garments?
      • First thing, keep the original package and do not remove the tags (just in case you need to return them).
      • Although our leggings are made from a heavy material that is 200g per metre, they should be treated as if they were a normal pair of stockings. Be careful when sitting on rough surfaces and avoid catching them on sharp objects, such as wicker chairs, benches etc. We also recommend that you avoid sitting on the floor.
      • As for washing, please only hand wash your garments in cold water, that means no washing machine at any temperature or at any setting!! This will ruin your garment, and there are no returns for washed items. Do not bleach your garments.
      • Once clean, lay your garment flat to dry. If you wish to iron your garment, be sure that the iron is at a low temperature as to not ruin the fabric.
      • Either hang or fold your leggings after they are dry in order to keep them in perfect condition :)
      • Carefully following these steps will ensure that your garments last over time.
    • Can I buy an item that is out of stock?
      • Yes, you can, it will only take a bit more for us to fulfil the order, normally 9 working days, but it may take longer. We try and restock as fast as possible but cannot guarantee how long it will take.

  • I am trying to buy but I'm having some trouble
    • What kind of debit/credit card should I use?
      • Whichever one you prefer. We accept PAYPAL and every kind of payment method through PAYPAL and credit/debit card payments.
    • The system says that the item I chose is out of stock!
      • You CAN buy out of stock items, but it will take a bit longer for us to fulfil the order, normally 9 working days, but it may take longer. We try and restock as fast as possible but cannot guarantee how long it will take.

    • Something strange appeared on my monitor while processing the purchase! Everything is going wrong! HELP!

  • I bought my first Lovelysally garment!
    • When can I have it in my hands?
      • It depends on which kind of delivery method you chose. Take a look at the section on Delivery and Returns.
      • For Express delivery (UPS Saver option) you have to confirm your purchase by 12pm GMT+1 (check out what that corresponds to where you are HERE - http://24timezones.com/ - ) otherwise it will be processed the next working day. You also must provide a phone number for Express delivery - no phone number means delivery is delayed!
      • In summary:
        • Express delivery within EU takes 1 working day
        • Recorded delivery within EU takes around 9 working days
        • Express delivery to the rest of the WORLD takes 2-3 working days
        • Recorded delivery to the rest of the WORLD takes between 10-13 working days
    • I asked for Express delivery but it hasn't arrived yet!.

      • Track the shipment on the website of the delivery company (use the tracking number we sent you along with the shipment confirmation). Haven't received it? Check your spam and check the email you made the purchase with :)
      • For Express delivery, make sure there is always someone to receive the delivery at the address you gave us (9am–3pm).
      • We rely on the best logistic companies in the world, but, once the order has been correctly processed and sent by us, we can't be considered responsible for postage delays and problems.

  • The garment has arrived!
    • For various reasons, I want to send it back. How can I do this?
    • I am completely mad about my Lovelysally garment!
      • We are very happy! And if you'd like us to jump for joy, spread the Lovelysally love by sharing your purchases in the way we suggest HERE
    • I would like to give you some suggestions. How can I do this?
  • I sent the garments back...
    • But nothing happened!
      • Take a look at the section on Delivery and Returns.
      • Consider that the time the goods need to come back to us depends on the country you are sending them from (i.e. it may have to pass through customs) – consider an average of 20 days.
      • The shipment could have had some problems. We are not responsible for that but we will try to help you as best we can: write to us again at returns@lovelysally.com
      • The size you chose in exchange could have run out of stock so it will take a bit longer for us to fulfil the new order (normally 10 working days).
