Delivery and Returns
Lovelysally offers two delivery options:
- UPS Saver: Fully trackable; processed by UPS; signature is required upon delivery; full refund if undelivered; express delivery service. Delivered the next day in Europe; two days in the Americas; three to four days in the rest of the world. (Orders placed before 12.00pm CET/CEST will be shipped the same day. A phone number is required for this service. Not providing a phone number will cause delivery to be delayed. Shipping will not occur on the following days (public holidays in Italy): 1st January, 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th & 26th December).
- Recorded Delivery: Fully trackable in most countries (Check availability with the shipping calculator when checking out); processed by your local postal service; signature is required upon delivery; full refund if undelivered after 90 days from fulfillment date.
The cost and delivery times vary depending on destination (please always refer to the shipping calculator when checking out). Lovelysally sends your garments as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for any delays/problems/customs expenses that the package may incur after leaving the headquarters. Lovelysally cannot be held responsible for any problems related to local postal services (such as delays and losses).

If you are buying a Lovelysally garment for a specific event or date please be aware that the only delivery date that we can guarantee is the date provided with the UPS Saver service, which is a bit more expensive than the others but it's unbeatable in speed and delivery! Delivery dates for the Recorded Delivery service are ESTIMATES based on previous experiences.
We strongly recommend the UPS Saver shipping choice if you want to be sure that you will get your Lovelysally purchase exactly when you need it.
If you have not received your tracking number, please check which email address you made the order with and also check your spam folder! It might have ended up in there! If your purchase is delayed, please contact us quoting your order number.
By purchasing from this site you agree to the delivery terms set out above.
If you are unhappy with your garment, you can return if it is in the same condition it was sent it and has the original tag still attached. Lovelysally gives you two returns options:
- You can choose another size of the same garment you ordered - it will be sent as soon as we get the old product and this form back using your original postage choice and according to the current availability of the new size (normally within 21 working days).
- Full refund for the price of the garment(s). Please note we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
The returns form must be sent back via email to email@example.com within 48 hours of you receiving the garment. Lovelysally cannot exchange different garments. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, Lovelysally recommends that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please note for customers outside the European Union (check here to see if that's you), you must fill in a customs declaration form for your package so it passes through customs and gets delivered to us. Lovelysally cannot be held responsible for any customs charges packages may incur if no customs declaration form is attached to the returned pacakge!
